Description
Elegant French sparkling wine crafted from mainly from Chenin Blanc whit a blend of Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc and aged for 36 months on the lees. Fine bubbles carry notes of yellow fruit, candied citrus, orange peel, bergamot, light caramel, and dried fruit. The palate is rounded and flavorful with refreshing acidity, ripe fruit, and a finely balanced finish.
