Description
Elegant pale yellow color with green bright.  Its aromas are reminiscent of citric fruit as lime and grapefruit, along with fresh notes of recently cut grass.  Great mineral character.  In the mouth it shows young, fresh, with aromatic aftertaste and vivacious acidity

Perfect with oysters, ceviche, and grilled shrimp. Its lime-grapefruit snap loves goat cheese and bright green salads with citrus vinaigrette or asparagus.
