Description
This Rosé Prosecco has a fruity and floral nose with peach, golden apple, and pink roses. A nice bubbly structure with a balanced acidity and medium dry. Very enjoyable palate with raspberries and less mineral than the white version. To pair with appetizers and with a raspberry sorbet or raspberry fruit tart.

Pairs beautifully with light appetizers such as prosciutto-wrapped melon, fresh mozzarella with berries, shrimp cocktail, or smoked salmon crostini.
