Description
Aging in oak barrels for a minimum period of seven years.  Notes of caramel, pomegranate, cherry, fruits passes, figs, tobacco, good complexity. Balanced and fresh, with good light weight, silky texture, with good volume, spicy and engaging end.

Pairs wonderfully with rich desserts like pecan pie, crème brûlée, or chocolate torte, where its nutty sweetness complements caramelized flavors.
