Description
Approachable yet structured red wine from the Languedoc region in southern France.  It shows restrained black cherry fruit, spicy notes, graphite, dry stone minerality, and a subtle smoky character, with full weight, firm structure, and excellent length.
Food Pairing
rilled steak, roasted lamb, burgers, and hearty meat dishes. Its smoky note, firm structure, and black cherry fruit also make it a great match for charcuterie, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes, and tomato-based pastas.
