A bold expression of Valpolicella made using the traditional ripasso method: refermenting Valpolicella wine on the skins of Amarone grapes. This process adds depth, richness, and complexity. Expect aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and dried berries, followed by notes of cocoa, sweet spice, and a hint of tobacco. The palate is smooth and full-bodied with polished tannins and a long, warming finish.
