This fruit-driven Cabernet shows notes of black cherry, cassis, and plum with a hint of black licorice on the nose. Good structure and solid tannin with touches of black olive and cedar on the finish.This sustainably farmed, single vineyard estate wine is composed of 100% hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Calchaqui Valley, Salta. Salta has a very high elevation, giving grapes the benefit of diurnal shift for acidity development.

Pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, lamb, or hearty pasta dishes like Bolognese, where the rich protein and acidity soften its tannins and highlight its dark fruit flavors. It also complements aged cheeses, mushroom risotto, and earthy vegetables, which echo the wine’s depth and spice.
